State of the art Machinery for Precision Explosion Bonding
Sheet Leveller – This 11 roller leveller ensures a smooth, uniform clad surface for optimum bonding. It can flatten 2-10 mm sheets with maximum 2500mm thickness.
Hydraulic Press – A 10,000 Tonne hydraulic press, that applies controlled force for precise shaping and forming. Also used to flatten cladded plates.
Bending Machine – Used for shell rolling, and flattening of cladded plates.
Modular furnace for Heat Treatment – This modular arrangement enables us to process plates of any dimension for stress relieving.
TIG Welding Machine – Our expert welders, with two advanced TIG welding machines, ensure 100 sqm of high quality bonding daily. Delivering reliable performance for demanding applications.
Plasma Cutting Machine – Enables precise cutting with minimal material loss, so that we can ensure that there is no deviation from the planned layout.
